Together yoga and art offer a meaningful, creative and calming experience for children to connect with themselves on a deeper level.
We will firstly stretch, rhyme and move to the Tatty Bumpkin yoga-inspired storytelling, supported by a multi-sensory approach to make the adventure come alive in Tatty's usual 'bendy & giggly' way.
We will then be joined by Therapeutic Art Practitioner - Kelly Eastwood, who will guide the children in painting, colour exploration and mark making- creating a space for children to express their emotions and navigate their inner world.
Suitable for ages 2 - 4, to be accompanied by an adult.
