For babies from 6 weeks until they are on the move.
These relaxed and nurturing classes incorporate baby massage and yoga and follow a developmental programme designed to encourage movement, physical development and feelings of calm (for both you and your baby!).
The classes are about having a fun and happy experience and to firmly establish a warm, caring relationship between you and your baby. Activities will teach ways to help ease colic, constipation, digestive complaints and sleeplessness which can then be continued at home.
Each week you will be able to access a 'What I did in my class today' info sheet, giving more details of the key pose for that week, how it benefits you and your baby, and how to do it at home.
And you'll be able to join in with some gentle stretches and simple yoga poses too as you start reclaiming your body postpartum.
